Bundesliga giants Werder Bremen have played down speculations that La Liga outfit Real Sociedad are making a move for Argentine striker Franco Di Santo, who joined them from Championship club Wigan Athletic in the last summer transfer window.
"No one has tried to get in touch with me (about the availability of Franco Di Santo)," Bremen general manager Thomas Eichin said, as highlighted by Agen Bola indo11.com.
"Franco is an important player for Werder Bremen. He is fully part of our plans for the new season," the GM added.
