Former Inter President Moratti Talks up Italy Snubbing Ranocchia
As leading Agen Bola indo11.com highlighted, ex-Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti feels defender Andrea Ranocchia should be playing at the World Cup.
“I want to defend Ranocchia,” said Moratti following the Italy’s 2-1 win over England.
“I think he’s more experienced than Gabriel Paletta, who I’m sure will put in a much better performance going forward than he did last night.”
“There isn’t a lot of Inter in the Italy squad, but we’ve got quite a few lads at the World Cup playing for other nations.”
“Italy-England was a game full of sentiment for me, as there was the pride of our Nazionale, but also a great deal of affection for Hodgson.”
