Italy national team boss Cesare Prandelli is convinced that his team can still have a great World Cup despite their 1-1 draw in a friendly match against Luxembourg on Wednesday night.
“We have tried a few things. But there are a few things that we need to improve on,” the manager said.
“At times we were quite crowded in the middle, and had spaces out wide.”
“Mario had two good opportunities in the first half, and had another chance when Cassano came on,” the 56-year-old added, as pointed by Agen Bola indo11.com.
“We’ve missed a few chances tonight, and then conceded a goal from a corner.”
“But we’ll keep working. We know we can have a great World Cup.”
